Welcome to the Postgraduate Research Society!
Sheffield Hallam University benefits from several specialist research institutes that focus on various areas and disciplines. Our society seeks to blend these into a peer-led community and provide postgraduate students with a network of support and a space where interactions, activities and learning can be facilitated, regardless of individual specialisms.
A central aim for the 25/26 academic year is to build and expand the society and we welcome input and feedback to shape the outputs and ensure that we are meeting the needs of our valued members. We aspire to have a thriving society, which represents the diversity and experience of the research community and Sheffield Hallam University, and which fosters a collective identity through merchandise.
The society is free to join, and eligible programmes include MA, MSc, MRes, MBA, PhD, EdD and DBA.
