Finance Coordinator - fixed term to 31 August 2025
The finance coordinator will work in a small but perfectly formed finance team working with students, Union staff and our suppliers. The role will be varied with the opportunity for the post holder to develop and grow in their role and to get involved in different projects including the implementation of new finance and payroll systems.

- To proactively contribute towards the development and delivery of effective and efficient financial and operational systems to ensure the provision of timely financial services to both internal and external users whilst ensuring compliance with all statutory and internal regulations and requirements.

Outreach & Engagement Manager
As Outreach & Engagement Manager, you’ll be essential in supporting this new team drive engagement with the Students’ Union. Working directly with our students you will help us to understand their needs; and help them access the right services, activities or opportunities for them.
Purpose of the job
- To be responsible for the delivery of front-line student support and targeted engagement activities; focused on handling all inbound enquiries, alongside outbound engagement, and retention campaigns.
- As the first point of contact for our community, you and your team will work to understand the students’ explicit needs, before providing information or signposting the student to the services they need. Ensuring all interactions are appropriately recorded, you will ensure that we can report accurately on student needs and service usage.

Head of Advocacy
Here at the Union, we provide services, opportunities, and facilities for our diverse membership of over 35,000 students.
