Welcome to Hallam Irish Dance Society!
Hallam Irish Dance is one of Hallam's newest societies, making its debut in September 2026. Whether you've been dancing for years or are a complete beginner, we welcome all abilities and tailor classes to suit. Classes run twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm-8pm), with Wednesday night socials fortnightly - expect fun themes and lots of karaoke!
There are chances to perform and compete throughout the year, including our annual Christmas Show, St Patrick's Day celebrations and an inter-Uni Irish Dance competition.
Memberships are £30 for the whole year, in which all classes, shoes, and costumes are paid for.
Whether you're joining to make new friends, keep fit, hone your skills or try something completely new, we would love you to join us for a year of fun, fitness and great craic!
