The SHU Wine Society is for anyone at Sheffield Hallam looking to have fun, socialise and join a group of people who enjoy having a drink- whether that’s wine, spirits, beer, soft drinks.. or all of the above!
Our aim is to ensure that everyone feels part of something special and that all members feel as though they belong. Throughout the year, we’ll be hosting exciting social events and planning lots of nights out with our Society Sponsors, meaning you get sponsorship perks at all of our partner locations. Every Wednesday is Wine Soc Wednesday where our members decide a theme for everyone to come dressed as, whether that's British Icons, Pub Golf, Red Flags, Crazy Wigs etc.. we can't wait to hear what ideas you have!
So no matter what stage of your SHU journey you’re on, no matter what course you study or even if you commute to Uni, The SHU Wine Society will always have room for you! You’re also more than welcome to come alone as you’ll leave with lots of new friends and a bunch of amazing memories.
