If you find yourself in a situation where you need to seek emergency housing, we recommend checking the University's Emergency Housing Support information and our list of external support services to explore your options.

The University can:

• help you to identify and access funding that you can apply for. This will include you attending an appointment with the Student Funding Team.
• provide you with guidance surrounding services that run externally to the University. For instance, the Council, shelters and charities that may be able to provide you with additional advice and support.
• signpost you to relevant specialist help services during your appointment. For example, the Police may be able to support you if you have been a victim of any crime and require support for mental health and disability.
• help you explore your options concerning student life, including considering whether you can financially support yourself throughout the duration of your course.
