Project PERC (Peaks Environmental Restoration and Conservation) is a new society all about supporting the nature and life in the Peak District. 

What we do:

• Volunteer work in the Peak District (organised by both us and external organisations)
• Research projects 
• Socials (from hikes in the Peak District to pub trips)

You will have the opportunity to take part in volunteering activities, like Sphagnum moss planting, as well as research projects, our current focuses are species reintroduction and all things water in the Peak District. You will develop skills to support your academic life at university and more, through activities such as fieldwork / data collection, research, and report writing.
