The social work society, here at SHU, is a safe space for individuals to discuss key topics within social work practice. We have regular meetings where we discuss these topics and get together as a group and provide oppurtunties to share experiences, opinions, knowledge and advice. We are also open to having regular social events to get together outside of university, this is optional for members and can be discussed and planned in meetings.
