Welcome to SHOUT!
We are the Sheffield Hallam Occupational Therapy Society. Our Society has been running for many years and aims to grow the community of Occupational Therapy by running inspiring CPD and Fabulous socials.
In this academic year, we are aligning our CPD with RCOTs priorities for occupational therapy research in the UK. We are particularly interested in enabling understanding of the lived experience of people who are supported by OTs. We have planned a tantalising list of events that will be advertised both on Instagram and Sheffield Hallam SU website.
We have also spent time thinking of ways we can all get to know one another. That is because our priority is making sure we create opportunities for friendships to grow between our society members. Even our Commitee meetings are social moments in local cafés, because that inspires us to think creatively.
