At the Freebie Fair on Monday the 19th September, we ran a taste test along with a shopping challenge to see if students could tell the difference between famous branded food and store basic brands.
The Shopping Challenge aimed to show students how much they could save on their weekly shopping bills, just by substituting some of the famous brands with store basic range items. We asked students to guess the difference in price between the famous brand trolley items and the store brand basic items.
