Happy New Year! Welcome back to the Students' Union and semester two. Our doors have reopened and will be open 8am-5pm Monday to Friday until Friday 14th January. We will then resume our normal term time hours of 8am-6pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and 8am-9pm Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Services have resumed a face-to-face service, including the Student Advice Centre. Find out their specific times and face-to-face offer. Our services will be running a slightly smaller face-to-face service than you would have seen in September but please do be reassured that we are here for you both virtually and in person. All on campus events, such as Welcome 2.0, Society, Volunteering and Give It A Go events, will go ahead but may need to be booked beforehand to ensure safe numbers of students. Masks will need to be worn at these events and ventilation will be considered in indoor spaces. Find out what events we have coming up this semester.
We will keep you up-to-date with the latest government guidance and any changes that might be made to our service delivery.
Virtual and in person bookings can be made with services online. To see the availability of all teams please visit our talk to us page. Our helpdesk will also be open for face-to-face enquiries from 8am-4pm Monday to Friday, along with our online chat.

If you are considering visiting us down at the HUBS, please be aware you will need to wear a facemask to enter and move around the building. If you do not have a facemask or are exempt from wearing a facemask you will need to book a virtual appointment. Free sanitiser is also available at the HUBS if you are low on supplies.
