Some Hallam academic staff who are members of the University and College Union (UCU) are due to take further strike action between 21 and 22 February and 28 February to 2 March as part of an ongoing national dispute.
The University's overwhelming priority will be to minimise the impact of the dispute on students, who have already experienced significant disruption to their studies as a result of the pandemic.
The University, libraries, helpdesks and other student services will all remain open as normal during this time.
If you are on campus during the strike action, you may notice some staff demonstrating near to University buildings, but all entrances will remain open and you will be able to access and leave buildings as normal.
If you have questions or concerns, you should continue to use your normal channels to academic staff and other services. If you are feeling anxious as a result of this strike action, you can take advantage of the University's Student Support Services or contact the Advice Centre at Sheffield Hallam Students' Union.
