Governance Review

Sheffield Hallam Students' Union is run by students for students. That means we need to make sure our democratic processes maximise student input.

Since our last Governance Review in 2014, the world in which we exist has changed massively. Higher Education has changed, and democracy across the world is in a very different place. Added to that, more and more students are digital natives and some of our systems have remained analogue.

With that in mind, we are currently reviewing our governance to make it fit for our students.

We're holding focus groups with involved students on Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th October, this is your opportunity to shape the future of the organisation. Don't miss it! Groups are as follows:
