Med Society is a University Society run by Students for Students aimed at those who wish to Learn first aid, are interested in Medical Ethics, want to keep up with news on Healthcare issues worldwide, influence campus healthcare projects and enjoy society social events.
You can take part in any and all aspects of the society depending on your preference – we wish to be flexible and maintain your interest in subjects by allowing you to pitch in on the topics you enjoy.
We aim to meet weekly, this will often be done virtually to increase accessibility and convenience, and where possible also on campus for practical demonstrations.
We also aim to provide support for those undertaking undergraduate level degree courses who want to then apply to Graduate level Medicine/Dentistry or other allied health courses at Graduate level.

Med Society are pleased at the response we have had on social media and in membership numbers, it has been a slow start rather as we expected but we do plan to get back to normal (virtually) with weekly online zoom/etc calls within the next few weeks. Look out for the links and keep up to date on the website and socia media. Thank you!
