Notice is hereby provided for a National Union of Students (NUS) Referendum at Hallam Students' Union (HSU).
In line with our Students' Union Bye-Laws, this referendum is only considered valid if 1% of Student Members have voted in it. The referendum is decided by a simple majority (i.e., if there are more 'Yes' votes than 'No' votes, then the referendum passes).

Should Hallam Students' Union remain affiliated to the National Union of Students UK (NUS UK) or disaffiliate from NUS UK?
Your options:
- Remain affiliated to NUS UK
- Disaffiliate from NUS UK

The key dates for the Referendum are as follows:
- Voting opens: Monday 9 March, 10am
- Voting closes: Thursday 12 March, 4pm
- Provisional results: Friday 13 March
