As an international student, we understand that dealing with immigration, visa, and compliance processes can feel overwhelming. we’re here to help you find the right support and guidance.
Below you’ll find key information and links to services available for you:
1. UKVI/Student Immigration Compliance Meetings
If you receive an email from the Student Immigration Compliance Team about a formal warning or a meeting, do not ignore it. It’s important for your visa status that you engage with these requests.
At your meeting, you’ll sit down with a member of the Student Success and Engagement Team to discuss any concerns about your attendance or engagement. This is also a chance to talk about any personal or academic issues you might be facing.
What you should do:
- Attend the meeting at the arranged time.
- Bring any evidence (e.g., medical certificates) if you have missed classes for good reason.
- Be honest about your situation.
- You’ll be asked to sign a form confirming that you understand the importance of attendance and engagement for your visa.
Need help?
While we don't usually attend the meetings with you, but if you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us.
