DATE: Saturday 01 October 2022
TIME: 1pm - 5pm
LOCATION: Waterstones, Orchard Square
We'll be taking a walk/tour of the different bookshops throughout Sheffield, starting at Waterstones and finishing in The Graduate Pub (our new sponsor).
Come along to meet likeminded people with similar interests and get to know the city!
We'll be meeting at Orchard Square Waterstones (in the city centre) at 1pm on October 1st. The event will run for a couple of hours with the walk being a 3-4 mile total there and back. Decent footwear is advised, but we'll also have public transport info available for those who need it (committee members will be happy to help you with this). We'll be finishing with a trip into our sponsored pub for a social!

If for whatever reason you can't do the walk, don't worry! Just let us know, and you're more than welcome to meet us for the social afterwards (this will start at 5pm approx at the Graduate - keep an eye on the Instagram / chat in case plans change). Feel free to also use public transport instead - bus routes towards Ecclesall Road (where the 5-7th stops are) are the 82, 83, 83a or 88, and there should be one every 20 minutes (approx).
Waterstones, The Works and WHSmiths are ramped and accessible for all, as is The Graduate and the Nursery Tavern (our backup pub should the Graduate not be available). However, we've been unable to confirm accessibility for the others.
