Take time out to de-stress and get some fresh air. Join Meditation teacher Dani for a guided meditation in nature. This will be a live audio meditation with cameras off to avoid distractions. You can tune in from outdoors in your garden, in the park, in the woods, wherever you choose. You will be guided through some grounding breathwork and a then a guided meditation which will include some suggestions to help you connect to nature.
