Join us on Friday at 5pm for our brand new HIT workout class with personal trainer Phoebe from PK Fitness.
This hard-hitting workout targets the whole body. Combining Cardio – Core exercises and plyometric movements to strengthen and sculpt the body into great shape. Combining short bursts of body-weight exercises to boost your metabolism, increase power and get kick ass abs. Every workout is different, keeping it fresh and exciting each week. Workout alongside me to a class DnB playlist or whatever music you fancy.
