"A mixed level yoga class suitable for beginners and improvers alike, Slow flow vinyasa yoga is a class where yoga Asana (poses) are linked together in a sequence to strengthen and lengthen the whole body. 

Joanna will give options throughout the class for varying levels and you can come and give it a go even if you've never done yoga before. 

The class will be run over zoom, you'll only need your internet connection and either a yoga mat or a space large enough to do dome lunges in without hitting your furniture!"
