Every Tuesday at 13.00  the Centre for Mindful Life Enhancement runs a one-hour Mindfulness session.  This includes short [10-15 minute] meditations, some gentle mindful movement, and a brief break out period when participants have a chance to talk about mindfulness and wider issues.  These sessions are open to all, whatever your experience of mindfulness and meditation.  So feel free to join us!
