These are good life skills, which can be applied to enhance all aspects of your life, your studies, your relationships, and any life challenges post graduation

The workshop looks at what resilience is, how to manage uncertainty, stress and how to embrace vulnerability as a tool for your personal growth and developing strength.

You will take a way a step-by-step plan to build your resilience and we will look at how you can use this in real life situations.
