This training provides the basics for identifying and supporting mental ill health. It will give you an insight into the 5 ways to wellbeing and tips on how to actively focus on and improve your wellbeing.

This will focus on how to help yourself and your peers. This fantastic session will help you develop techniques to support your friends and colleagues, identify early warning signs of mental ill health in others and where you can signpost them to make sure they get the support they need.
