Applications OPEN for Level 2 Diploma in Complementary Therapies (7 sessions)

We have the opportunity for 12 students this semester to undertake an ITEC Level 2 Diploma Complementary Therapies course. We are selecting students through a competitive process that is open now (apply below). Applications close at 12 midnight on Thursday 17th October 2019. 

  • You'll learn the theory and practice behind massage, aromatherapy and reflexology in this foundation massage course.

  • It's ideal for anyone who is interested in a career working alongside massage therapists in industry. For example, palliative care is a growing field for Occupational Therapists.

  • It's also great for personal and wellbeing.

  • At the end of the course you'll receive an ITEC qualification which will allow you to work on friends and family and in supervised clinic settings.

  • This qualification is FREE to UK residents over 19 years old. Unfortunately, due to funding, we are unable to offer this course to international students. 

  • Classes are mixed gender.

Successful applicants will need to commit to 4 evening sessions and 3 full practical days. The dates of which are:

Session 1: Tuesday 29 Oct / 6.30-8.30pm / City venue

Session 2: Sat 2 Nov / 10am - 6pm / City venue - Practical day-long session. Part of the Skills Saturday weekend.

Session 3: Thursday 7 Nov / 6.30-8.30pm / City Venue

Session 4: Thursday 14 Nov/  / 6.30-8.30pm / City Venue

Session 5: Sat 16 Nov / 10am-6pm/ Collegiate venue - Practical day-long session. Part of the Skills Saturday weekend.

Session 6: Thursday 28 Nov / 6.30-8.30pm / City Venue

Session 7: Sat 30 Nov/ 10am - 6pm / City venue - Practical day-long session. Part of the Skills Saturday.
