Yoga for Wellbeing is a gentle, mixed class which is suitable for beginners and people with more experience. These sessions aim to release tension from the body and mind, and increase overall wellbeing though body postures, including sitting, reclining, standing, twisting or balancing.

Yoga works in different ways from conventional physical exercises, placing the physical body in positions that cultivate awareness, relaxation and concentration" (Satyananda Saraswati).
