Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year, and sadly they are faced with waiting lists and not the immediate help they deserve.
The Happiness Bootcamp provides the immediate help you deserve to have.
- During this 3 hour interactive workshop I will be teaching you how to combat stress and anixety and take back control of your life.
- What I don't do is stand at the front and tell you what to do. During the workshop I will be giving you knowledge and the ability to try new methods and meet new people.
- Learn why you feel stressed/anxious and what you can do to heal your mind and body, By the end you will realise you are capable of achieving anything.
- In the workshop we will also be doing a 30 minute POP PILATES workout, to show you just how effective exercise is in happiness.
Pop-Pilates is an intense, core building and high intensity workout that sculpts and tones every inch of your body with no weights, while working on combating stress. The class uses a combination of fun and toning movements such as dancing dog, rockette bridges and even a hallow rock! We keep it fun, different and never the same!
Even if you are a workout newbie or an fitness pro, you I will adore this fun and like no other class.

Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?
I ask that everyone that attends is over the age of 16 and if under 18 to be with an adult, parent or guardian.
What should I wear/bring to the event?
Please come in suitable gym/exercise wear to get active! Please also bring plenty of water, a pen, notebook and a mindset to be changed!
