Shipping rates
We offer £4.95 flat rate shipping for orders to UK addresses (2nd class Royal Mail, signed for delivery).
International shipping
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer International or EU shipping at this time.
Click and collect
If ordering via click and collect, you will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. Once confirmation is received, please collect your order from Printed By Us, Orchard Square, Sheffield, S1 2FB during opening hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:30am-5pm
- Saturday: 10am-5pm
- Sunday: 11am-4pm
Please have your confirmation email with you when you collect your order.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If your order arrives damaged in any way or doesn't fit, please email us as soon as possible at c.holden@shu.ac.uk.
All items are refundable if unused and in their original condition.
You will have to pay postage to return an item, or can return it for free by dropping it off at the HUBS.
