The African and Caribbean society would like to extend to you a deeply warm welcome as well as our immense gratitude for your interest in our society. We cant express how estatic we are as the new committee to providing you with an; enriching, enlightening and exceptional experience with us. Most people generally have expectations for events/societies that they wish to be a part of, so we sincerly hope we are able to meet whatever those expectations may be. We are inclusive of all backgrounds so don't feel out of place you'll have a great time with us. We understand that starting university can be a daunting transition so please allow us to relieve you of that tension and help you find a place to call home away from your various households.
This year, there will be lots of ways members will be able to contribute thier efforts and enthusiasm and feel a sense of gain from the society, through fundraising events and periodical incentives/competitions.
