GIAG Freedom Uniform Drive

This opportunity takes place on 30 Jul 2025

Looking for a meaningful way to give back? Join us for a “Give It a Go” Volunteering Day at our Uniform Drive with Freedom! We’re collecting, sorting, and distributing school uniforms to families in need—and we need your help to make it happen. No experience necessary—just bring your energy, compassion, and willingness to help. Why volunteer? - Help children start school with confidence - Keep uniforms in circulation and out of landfills - Be part of something bigger than yourself Buying clothing secondhand has a big social and environmental impact. Not only is it more affordable in times of need, it also helps to reduce carbon emissions, waste and use of natural resources. Reusing secondhand clothes also helps to prevent them from ending up in landfills. Cherished clothing offers hands-on experience working within a used clothing shop.

The session will run from 10 - 2 on 30th July, so bring some lunch and water.
