Take part in a Hallam research study exploring football betting habits and safer gambling solutions.

What is this research about?

The survey is looking to gather research about reasons for why people place bets in football (this could be social influences, personal reasons, etc), the effects of placing bets (e.g. how it makes people feel, positive or negative), possible insights into safer betting (this is through qualitative questions), and how gaming/gaming settings influence betting (e.g. insight from respondents on whether they have started betting because they spend money on in-game features of video games).

Who can take part?

Anyone of any age or gender can take part as long as you have placed a bet in football.

What would I be asked to do?

Participants will be asked to take part in an online survey.

How do I take part?

To take part, simply complete the online survey.
