Take part in a Hallam research study exploring international students' experiences in Sheffield. 

What is this research about?

The research is being done by a group of final year Marketing students, who are working with Sheffield City Council to understand:

  • International students’ current perceptions of Sheffield as a student city.

  • The key factors shaping those perceptions (e.g. lifestyle, support, opportunities, community).

  • The barriers and challenges faced while living and studying here.

  • What additional support, changes or initiatives would help international students feel more welcomed, supported, and connected.

Who can take part?

International students studying at Sheffield Hallam University or University of Sheffield.

What would I be asked to do?

Participants will be asked to take part in an online survey.

How do I take part?

To take part, simply complete the online survey.
