The key dates for the Election are as follows:
- Applications: Monday 22 September 2025 (10am) - Friday 10 October 2025 (4pm)
- Voting: Monday 20 October 2025 (10am) - Thursday 23 October 2025 (4pm)

Additional dates
Between Monday 13 October and Friday 17 October 2025 candidates will be given training and support to prepare for the Election. Provisional results will be announced on Friday 24 October 2025.
Application process
All applications must be submitted electronically through the Hallam Students' Union website between Monday 22 October 2025 (10am) and Friday 10 October 2025 (4pm).

Regulations and rules governing the Election
Election Regulations govern Hallam Students' Union elections and ensure they are free and fair. The process by which these regulations are implemented is outlined in our Bye-Laws (Bye-Law 5) in conjunction with our Election Regulations.
