If you are having an issue with your society, we encourage you to raise it as soon as possible with the Societies team by emailing activitiesadmin@shu.ac.uk.

Most issues can be resolved promptly and fairly this way.

If you want to make a formal complaint about the SU, one of its staff, or an elected Officer, contact us at SUComplaints@shu.ac.uk stating the nature of the complaint. This will be dealt with under our complaints procedure.
