SHU's Healthy Relationships Project for International Students

 

Since 2016, Sheffield Hallam University have run the Healthy Relationships Project to help newly arrived international students improve their knowledge about sexual heath and sexual consent. The award-winning project is delivered through a combination of interactive workshops and online tutorials, students have access to information that will:

• Increase international students’ sexual health knowledge and improve their understanding of sexual consent
• Improve awareness of support services available and encourage students to seek advice and support
• Equip international students with increased confidence to navigate sexual consent and develop healthy relationships
