DOSportUK is a CIC which offers sport and physical activity to people with a disability. You become one of the team for the day and get to fully experience what this side of basketball is all about!

Overview of Project

Since being established as a community interest company in 2017, DOSportUK has had one clear mission. To provide sporting and physical activity opportunities to people with a disability. We wanted to make sure that anyone who wants to take part in sport or physical exercise is able to do so. But we discovered it's not that people with a disability didn't want to be active, it's that there was a lack of opportunities and support within local communities to do so. This is something we were determined to change. We have three core objectives which drive everything we do: improve the health & wellbeing of individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, build social connection for these individuals and promoting inclusion and opportunity for everyone.
