Overview of Project

Grandma’s Soup is a student-led initiative dedicated to tackling loneliness among older people across the UK. By organising weekly activities in cities such as London, Sheffield, and Oxford, the project brings students and older adults together to prepare and share a simple bowl of soup. These gatherings create warm, relaxed, and meaningful social spaces where generations can connect, build friendships, and enjoy fun, cozy afternoons together.
