Sheffield Hallam Students' Union is run for students, by students. Led by five full-time Student Officers democratically elected by the student body, we are committed to enhancing the experience of over 35,000 students of Sheffield Hallam University.
All Sheffield Hallam University students are automatically members of the Students' Union, where we are committed to giving students the edge and are here to support and inspire them through their Hallam journey. We are all about passion, honesty, dedication, innovation and diversity, and put these values at the heart of everything we do for students.
We are located at the University's City Campus, is the iconic HUBS building. The huge range of services we provide for Hallam students includes:

As a charity, the Students' Union must have a Board of Trustees to oversee key decision making which relates to the future of the organisation. The trustees have a responsibility to ensure that the Students' Union is not threatened by wrong financial decisions, does not break the law and that the work that is being done is for the benefit of its members – Sheffield Hallam students.
The Board of Trustees consists of:
