Yoga FUNdamentals – Friday 17:00-18:00 Designed to introduce the basics of yoga in a fun environment, for everyone! Focus on strengthening basic poses in Hatha style, these easy-going sessions will enable progressive skills development.
Energise and Flow – Monday 8:00-9:00 Start your week off right with Joanna Ferret's more advanced sessions to strengthen your yoga flows and apply skills learned from the Friday sessions. All Yogis welcome!
