We are the disabled student's committee!

Who are we?

A committee to bring together people of of various disbilities so we can share experience, ideas, and tackle any issues which we face in society or in Sheffield Hallam University. Between us we have Autism, learning difficulties, Asperger's, Diabetes and mental illnesses. This means we may need special measures for us put in place in order to achieve to the standard of someone without a learning difficulty, but we are strong, united and we are here to improve the quality of lives for all Hallam students despite disability. We aim to create a safe space for students who self-identify as having a disablity. We would love all students with a disability to participate in our upcoming projects and events. Come and let your voice be heard, get the best out of your student experience and be represented.
