Once you have registered you will be able to complete your Hallam Award forms online in the 'The Forms' section.

By clicking the 'SIGN UP' button, you agree to complete your Skill Development Forms and Final Report Form by the specified dates and times. You agree to the terms of the Tiered Award System. You agree that the decisions of the Hallam Award committee are final. You agree to the information you have provided being stored in the Hallam Award database, and used for administrative purposes only for up to 5 years in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
You agree to acknowledge that Sheffield Hallam Students' Union adheres to Sheffield Hallam University's Extenuating Circumstances Policy, Learning Contract Policy and the Academic Misconduct Policy.
