Sheffield Hallam's Annual Women in Leadership Conference

The aim of the conference is to inspire self-defining women and non-binary students at Hallam to feel confident enough to put themselves forward for leadership positions. There will be workshops, activities and discussions all set up to help the women of Hallam grow in confidence and develop their leadership skills amongst other likeminded women.

Last year we ran sessions throughout the conference that included 'Having Difficult Conversations', '100 Years of Women's Right to Vote', 'BME Women in Leadership', 'Having the Confidence to be Remarkable', a 'Why your Mental Health makes you Stronger' all led by staff, students and alumni of Hallam. You can see the full report from this years conference here.

Due to the success of this year's conference, we've already started planning for next year's conference (which will be held on Monday 28th January 2019). For this reason we're particularly interested to hear from students & staff interested who feel that they have something to contribute to the conference.
